I was craving wings which is not usual for me, so I decided to order some to go. The hostess who helped me and took my order was very nice. She walked be through the menu and answered all my questions. Since there was a short wait I decided to wait outside. When I came back in she went to check on my order and brought it out with a smile.

The wings were just ok, nothing special but the service I received was wonderful. I wish I remembered her name.

By far the worst place to eat ever.
The other day we were in watching horse racing. One of the guys at the bar had a bet on a horse that was racing at Del Mar. There were maybe 3 tables filled behind us at 4-5 PM..... As the race is running we are rooting for his horse. The horse did not win. About 10 minutes later, the bartender came up to us and told us that per the Manager. you guys need to keep it down because there were children in the place.
Hmmmmmm BWW...... There was NO Cussing. No Negitive comments. NO NOTHING!!! We were rooting for a horse just like you would root for your own football or baseball team.

The beer is cold and its a great place to view a game, but if I cant root for my team, Why go there?

Seems as if this place is getting worst, not better. I just hope "mothership" closes this place down very soon and we can get a REAL sports bar in this town that cares about its customers. A place that has decent food, great customer service and you can root for your team without being told that your being too loud.

They gave my daughter spoiled manadarin oranges with the kids meal. My daughter tried one and said they tasted funny, so I tried one and as she described they tasted like beer haha. But definitely tasted like alcohol and made my mouth tingle.  Also the waitress had a bit of an attitude which seemed to get better after I pointed out the oranges being spoiled. The food also took quite awhile and the place wasn't so busy.

The wings themselves were good but it's b dubs it's hard to get bad wings. I got spicy garlic and the Thai sauce I highly recommend both of those sauces. You really can't go wrong.

If I could give this franchise zero stars I would. I am a big fan of BWW but this place is run by the most incompetent staff in the history of Encinitas. When they first opened some 5 years ago, I went maybe half a dozen times and saw every single order i ever made screwed up in some fashion. Drinks were missing, wings were incorrect, orders super late. The list went on and on. I stopped going. This place was run by garbage people.

And here I am, four years later, in need of wings to-go, so I figure, why not? How hard is it to get 20 wings without sauce on them to take home to eat with friends? Apparently an absolute impossibility, as I stand here writing this review waiting an extra 20 minutes for them to remake my wings because guess what - there's sauce all over them.

This place blows in every possible way and it is 100% the fault of every low rent manager they put in to run this place. The staff are nice enough, but they sure as hell don't know how to do anything right when all you want is a damn chicken wing.

Go to McDonalds next door and hate eat a mcdouble. It'll be ten times better than the circus they have running here.

Stopped by for dinner yesterday to watch the Packers game. Wing thursday @ $0.75/boneless wing! It was not very crowded at all so that was nice. The other one we used to go to in Mission Valley was always packed!

SERVICE - Our server was Aleah and she was very nice. She checked on us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. She filled our waters, and was a very pleasant person. Another man (maybe the manager) stopped by and asked how we were doing and if we were enjoying our food. I saw that he went around to all tables to do this so it was great they put in that extra effort.

    FOOD
Chili Queso Dip - It is that time of year where queso dip is a must. Cold weather and hot cheese sauce? Yes please. I think my husband and I ordered queso dip at three different restaurants in the past week or so. The dip here was a little too sweet for my liking. When I think chili queso, I think more savory. The chips were very inconsistent. You will get a nice crispy one and then you hit a stale chip. We definitely got more stale ones than crispy.

Mango Habanero - My go to flavor for as long as I can remember. However, I do not remember it being as hot as it was! Either they made it hotter or as you get older, your tolerance goes down. It still had that spicy and sweet kick that I love but man, my insides were on fire.

Honey BBQ - One of my go to flavors as well. Very sweet honey so if that is your thing, this one is solid.

Chipotle BBQ - While the other two were wet wings, this one was a dry rub and I actually enjoyed this one the most. The taste of the chipotle and the bbq went well together.

Mild - Why my husband picks the most basic flavors? I do not know. Just kidding. Sometimes you just want to stick with what you know. This one was a standard buffalo sauce. Nothing special.

Spicy Garlic - I wanted it to be more spicy as the name stated but it was not too shabby.

Parmesan Garlic - I personally did not enjoy this flavor. It was overly salty and the flavors did not mix well for some reason.

Overall, lots of TVs for sports. Does not seem to get too crowded. Food was not bad if you just stick with the wings.
